2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

• Before project commencement: Eligible for refund after deduction of payment gateway, banking and administrative charges.
• After project commencement: Refunds, if any, are based on the percentage of work completed.
• Completed projects: Generally non-refundable.
• Downloaded digital products: Non-refundable after access or download.

3. Subscription Services

Subscription services may be cancelled at any time to prevent future renewals. Charges already billed for the current subscription period are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

4. Duplicate or Failed Payments

Verified duplicate payments or payments deducted due to failed transactions will be refunded using the original payment method. Processing typically takes 7–15 business days depending on the financial institution.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Change of business decision after project initiation.
• Delay caused by client approvals or content.
• Custom software already developed.
• Completed consulting sessions.
• Digital deliverables accepted by the client.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be approved where Angstrom Education is unable to deliver the contracted service, incorrect billing has occurred, or where consumer protection laws require a refund.
